John Delmatoff is an experienced and seasoned business executive who has garnered a national reputation for highly innovative and creative problem-solving. He has made a significant contribution to the growth and success of a number of business organizations across the country for over 40 years.

As a US Army veteran, John  credits his military experience with equipping him with the self-confidence and leadership skills to begin his entrepreneurial business career culminating in the creation of First Strategic Group (FSG), a publicly-held national healthcare consulting firm where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

During his tenure at FSG, the organization won a number of prestigious awards, including several Clio's and ADLA awards, as well as the Golden Effie from the American Marketing Association for his work in marketing.

John's leadership experience included consulting directly with business CEO's and senior executives in the development of their sales, marketing, and business plans. John also served as Director with National Health Enhancement Systems, a world leader in the field of health information technology.

Today, as an Executive Coach and Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, John is the principal at Pathfinder Executive Coaching where he coaches senior and mid-level corporate executives in a broad range of organizations in the US, Europe and Australia, helping senior executives develop their leadership and interpersonal skills, become more personally effective and building strong management teams.

John also serves on the teaching faculty of the American College of Healthcare Executives where he trains leaders in the development of their emotionally intelligent leadership skills.
