John Delmatoff is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience in starting, managing and leading business organizations. As a consulting strategist, John has garnered a national reputation for highly innovative and creative problem-solving and he has made a significant contribution to the growth and success of a number of business organizations across the country.

After leaving the US Army in 1970, John began his civilian career as a regional marketing representative with a major US pharmaceutical firm. While working and attending school in the evenings, John made the decision to start his own marketing and advertising firm. Ten years later, that firm grew to national prominence as one of the largest marketing and advertising consulting firms in the US specializing in the health care field. Under John's leadership, the firm won hundreds of awards for creative and strategic marketing work, including CLIO, ADLA, EFFIE and many others. The growth of the firm included branch offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Baltimore, and Phoenix.

During his career, John has been recognized by the American Marketing Association in New York with its highest achievement award for his work in marketing. In 1993, the firm was acquired by a publicly-traded company which was subsequently acquired by a large multi-national corporation.  In addition to serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,  John also served as a Director with the parent company for 4 years. That firm has been recognized by Business Week Magazine as one of the top 100 growth companies in the US and is a world leader in the field of health information technology.

John's past experience at both companies involved the development of a number of highly successful products, including; local, regional, and national marketing and advertising campaigns; corporate image and identity programs; customer service, sales training and relationship management training programs; and strategic planning and business development models. John's responsibilities included consulting directly with CEO's and senior management teams from many client organizations in the development of their strategic marketing and business plans. He has also been a frequent public speaker for various professional and trade associations.

John left the corporate world in 1996 to coach business executives on a full time basis. Since then, he has earned his certification from Target Training Institute as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. He resides in Murrieta, California and Canon City, Colorado with his wife Nancy.
